We need a comprehensive plan of action to tackle global warming and protect our coastline, our seasons and the well-being of our planet. But so far, we haven't seen the advances we need in Washington, D.C.

Here in Massachusetts, we can do our part to fight global warming and set the standard for the rest of the country to follow.

That's why we're working to convince our leaders on Beacon Hill to pass the Global Warming Solutions Act, which would reduce Massachusetts' global warming pollution 80 percent by 2050, and 20 percent by 2020.  We had a huge victory when we passed this through the state senate this spring.  Now we need to make sure that the state house passes this historic legislation by the end of the summer.

Please ask your state representative to work to pass this landmark bill by the end of the session.
