Clean
water is our most valuable resource, and will only become increasingly
valuable in the future. Yet we face threats to our access to clean
water from contamination, from corporate interests privatizing our most
important public resource, and from incresaing scarcity. Want to
protect our access to clean water?

What's Your Plan? Voting
is how we make our voices heard in this country, but way too many young
people are silent. Making the problem worse, politicians don't pay
attention to us and the issues we care about, and this leads to young
people voting even less. The goal of the Student PIRGs New Voters
Project 'What's your Plan?' campaign is to get the candidates who are
running for President to talk to young people about our issues.
So
far this year, we've spoken to Congressman Kucinich, Senator Dodd and
Governor Richardson. Students across the country have spoken to the
candidates more than 100 times!
