Howdy all student aid crusaders,

Last week we continued to collect signatures on our SAFRA petition. (75 more)  The reaction from students and faculty is overwhelmingly positive; people are excited that big banks could really be prevented from controlling the student loan market and they really want this bill to become law.  Next week we are going to be starting on our letters to the editor and op-ed.  Also up for next week; getting peoples stories and pictures for the student debt yearbook.  There's lots going on to educate and engage people. Come get involved! Our weekly meetings are Mondays at 11am in the Groups and Clubs room. Stop by to sign up for our next volunteer activity!
