Massachusetts is burying and burning more waste than we were a decade ago. I want to see us move in a new direction.
As you consider
how you'll update the Master Plan for dealing with waste over the next
10 years, I urge you to start Massachusetts down a path where we'll
reduce more, reuse more, and recycle more.
Help lay the groundwork for a plan to one day get us to zero
waste, where we eliminate needless waste and find better ways to reuse
and recycle the rest.
